We’re not doctors, and we don’t replace professional medical care. Everything we do is for educational and informational purposes only. That said, we go far beyond a quick chat. Below, you’ll find four levels of our personalized coaching service. In every tier, we include a detailed intake, time to review your existing labs or genetic data, a custom health blueprint, and weekly or bi-weekly calls to keep momentum. Between sessions, you’ll have messaging access to us for clarifications, small adjustments, and ongoing guidance. We’ll never diagnose, treat, or prescribe, but we do integrate modern science, ancestral knowledge, and your real-world lab values to help you optimize performance, energy, and well-being.
If you’re leaning toward our more personalized coaching, keep in mind that we generally recommend you allocate a similar budget toward supplements as you do for the coaching itself. While this budget is not always necessary in practice, sometimes real change requires solid, research-based products to bridge modern gaps in nutrition. We’ll work with you to find reputable sources and fit your financial constraints, but your commitment to investing in these items can have a big impact on your outcome.
Single Session – $1,000
Sometimes you just need a focused conversation. In a single session, we assess your current habits, your biggest frustrations, and where you want to be. We weave in our research-backed understanding of modern deficiencies and ancestral principles, then send you off with a clear, immediate plan you can start applying right away. If you have one pressing concern—like improving sleep, reducing inflammation, or reorganizing your supplement stack—this option delivers the direct focused feedback you’ve been searching for. Before we meet, we’ll gather your background, bloodwork (if you have it), and any relevant testing results such as genetic tests. During the call (usually 60–90 minutes), we’ll review everything, identify your top priorities, and share a concise action plan. You’ll also get a short written blueprint afterward. If you only have one or two main objectives—like improving sleep or troubleshooting your supplement routine—this is often all you need to get started.

Because this is a single session, ongoing conversation is limited, but we’ll respond to any immediate follow-up questions by email for a short period afterward.
Two Sessions – $1,600
Maybe you want an initial deep-dive, plus a follow-up to make sure you’re on the right track. This plan is perfect if you’re serious about real progress but can’t commit to a longer timeline. Get one session to dig deep, plus a second call to dial in the finer details. We space these calls out, giving you time to apply our recommendations and see how your body responds. We’ll begin by assessing your intake form, relevant blood panels, and genetic markers (as a non-medical, educational review). You’ll receive a personalized blueprint that outlines dietary adjustments, possible supplements, and lifestyle tweaks. On the second call, we’ll analyze what’s working, address challenges, and refine your plan so you’re confident moving forward.

Three Sessions – $2,000
When you’re ready to invest in a more sustained process but don’t need a full six-session package, three sessions provide the extra structure to see real change. We’ll space out each call so we can adapt your plan as your body and mind respond. Along the way, we’ll dive deeper into topics like nutrient timing or targeted herbs, always focusing on proven data and nature-driven principles. This option is designed for bigger shifts that still fit into a short coaching arc. Our calls typically run weekly or every other week, with enough space in between for real progress. On the initial session, we’ll unpack your health history and any labs or genetic data you’re comfortable sharing. We’ll pinpoint your most urgent goals—maybe it’s stabilizing energy, balancing hormones, or resolving nagging gut issues. We’ll then craft a personalized blueprint, detailing step-by-step changes, targeted supplements, and ancestral strategies. In the second and third calls, we’ll track your results and refine your plan. By the end, you’ll feel set up for lasting improvements instead of quick fixes.

Six Sessions – $3,000
Six sessions let us partner on a true transformation. We’ll start with a thorough intake, including all relevant labs (bloodwork, genetic data), your lifestyle habits, and any past interventions you’ve tried. We’ll design a comprehensive, customized blueprint that evolves over time. Calls usually happen once a week or every other week, so we can monitor everything from your sleep patterns and stress levels to dietary shifts. We’ll look at your feedback, adjust your supplementation or daily routines, and dig deeper into advanced topics—circadian alignment, mental resilience, or specialized nutrient protocols. By the final session, you’ll have a grounded system designed to stand up to modern stresses and support long-term health.
